Wool Weekly - Volume 17

Happy Wednesday! It’s that time of the week again for all things Wool Digital….

Firstly, we have been working away on some more great projects which we are looking forward to seeing live and sharing with you!

A hot topic in the office this week has been the plans for the world’s first ‘Floating City’ in the Pacific Ocean; the team have been absolutely in awe of the plans and will be keeping an eye on it to see how it develops. We might also be pitching for a Wool trip once it’s complete?

The team also attended the first Fed Breakfast at our local coffee shop the Pioneer, which is conveniently housed in our amazing home, The Federation. It was great to catch up with some of our neighbours over bacon and sausage butties!

Some of the team have also been busy on fire warden training, and excitingly getting a certificate at the end - huge bonus!

In tech news, the Google Pixel Buds were released in the past week with mixed reviews but with some promising features such as live language translation (but only with a Pixel phone) and touch control.

Finally, the past week has definitely been the battle of the Christmas adverts - for some, it might be way too early to mention the festive period but some members of the Wool team have been loving this plethora of wintery goodness and debating our favourites. Obviously, taking the top spots are #MozTheMonster, #LoveTheBear, #KevinAndKatie and #YouShall! Let us know which are your favourites (or let us know you have already had enough of Christmas).

We have such an exciting week coming up, as next week is our BIRTHDAY! So check back to see everything we are getting up to, along with some treats thrown in.
