Wool Digital are a startup based in Manchester City Centre, born out of a realisation that the agencies we worked for could not always fulfil the promises of the support and maintenance services they were offering. We started Wool in order to focus on the ongoing services that businesses require from the ever changing digital industry.

Traditionally, agencies bring in projects to justify the resources that they have in house, meaning that although they offer ongoing support services, often charging a retainer, they frequently do not have the resource available to meet the requirements of their clients.

We are not traditional. We are a collaboration of creative individuals who dedicate our time, as it is required, to building beautiful solutions, and fulfilling requests for updates and support from the businesses we work with. We never charge a retainer, so we are only paid for the service we actually provided.
